We all have fears…and it can sometimes be hard to tell whether one of our fears is helping us or keeping us from enjoying the life we really want. Fears can be our biggest blind spot. We often don’t even know when we’re acting out of fear.
We usually find them in the areas of our lives where we feel “stuck” or frustrated. Fear can be holding you back and you don’t even know it. You owe it to yourself to find freedom from the fears that bind you and prevent you from living fully. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Getting feedback from others (even an honest friend) can often uncover deeply held emotions you may want to release in order to experience more happiness in your life. Sometimes facing a fear means becoming stronger. Other times, we may need to soften into our fears, see them for what they really are, and let them fade away on their own.
